Blue I Spy Quilt

Another finish was "eeked" out last month!

Remember my I Spy quilt, finished in time for Open House last April?

Well, this is Ginny B.'s Blue I Spy (quilted by yours truly)

We were involved in the same charm swap,
so many prints are the same as mine ~

This one is for her grandson Colton!

... and in other news, this is our car this week. It is getting "mended", lol....

"Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass." Psalm 37:3-5

  5. I remember your quilt, Pokey! I need to get started on one for my grandson, but, oh, I just can't seem to get off first base. Plus, I don't think I have enough variety to satisfy my daughter's request for a twin size! Nice seeing you post on your blog :-)

  12. Isn't it interesting how different quilts can look with a change in color for the background and sashing. I do enjoy making I Spy quilts and kids always seem to love them too. Your car is looking good! (Well, part of it is anyway.)

  18. Your new Blue I Spy quilt is great. The red and blue one are wonderful. I have been collecting novelty prints for an I Spy quilt. I like your idea of a swap. That offers more choices.

    Happy Thanksgiving
