Here are the little projects of 2012.
"Building Houses from Scraps" is the first project.
These are the little darlin's from
Jeanneke are being seen everywhere.
The first house has mysteriously disappeared...!
~ Look at the curtains in the window ~
There is a castle, Goldilocks sleeping, a bee and the
gingerbread boy's parents peeking out of these windows
The heart is one of my favorites
I thought to make only a small hanging, but they can be made from the littlest scrap of fluff, that I'm enjoying the challenge immensely. A 3 1/3 inch house!!?! Paper piecing was the only way to go, and who knows when I'll feel the need to stop?*vbg*

There was the other side of house making that made me want to do a blanket sized quilt, so then came Terry's Houses Sew Along. These seemed like a "must" after the tiny houses, so I joined in there, too.
I've modified the pattern to one chimney, and I'm hoping to keep them all scrappy. Red was for January, orange for February, yellow for March...I believe we'll end up in a rainbow subdivision!

The Temecula Quilt Company shared "Twelve Days of Christmas" mini sampler and I made 2.
Both are put together, but not quilted yet. One was decidedly blue,
but the other one is in blacks and reds.
This is the border that has not been added yet.
The report cards are done for my kiddos and ready to be turned in, whew!
Glad to have that finished...what ever will I do with a free weekend...lol!
Happy Quilting!
